Girlfriend is moving in with me because of university?

My gf's family is moving away and she's going to be moving in with me since we go to the same university as me. She's a virgin, (I've had sex once in a regretful situation) and I don't want to pressure her or anything but living together might create sexual tension. I'm thinking we need to discuss this further? We're not against premarital sex but aren't especially for it either. What would you suggest. No stupid answers please.

If you are not sure about moving in together, don't. Why don't you dorm instead. Great way to make friends and won't be near a bedroom 24/7 next to your girlfriend so you won't have that sexual pressure created.
