Question by Light: Is it physically possible to feel that someone is forcing sex with you when you're all alone?

A friend of mine is suffering from a strange feeling that someone is having sex with her, most if not all the time. Could this be a physical problem or psychological?

Is it a physical feeling, like does she think she can actually feel somebody/something in her? It sounds like a phantom pain, except it isn't a pain (is it?) and phantom pains occur when there's loss of a limb. It sounds more psychological, did anything happen to her or with her recently? She should ask her doctor about it or schedule an appointment with a psychologist or a psychiatrist, just one appointment to see if they can clear anything up about it.
